Permission Requests
Articles, photographs and graphics appearing in Harry N. Abrams, Inc. (HNA) publications are protected by federal copyright laws and may not be copied or reprinted without HNA’s prior written approval. (HNA) has established the following guidelines for granting reprint permission for material published and copyrighted by HNA. These guidelines do not diminish the right of the HNA to refuse permission for any reproduction.
Permission requests must be submitted in writing and e-mailed to permissions@hnabooks.com or faxed to (212) 627-4396 and must include all information requested below. Reprint fees are determined upon permission approval. You will receive a written Permission Agreement that you must sign and return to HNA along with the fee. Please note that the use of HNA material requires a prominent mention of the book and publisher.
You may not reprint before you receive written confirmation. It may take approximately 2-4 weeks to receive a written response to your request.
